We do not store your broker credentials — API keys are encrypted and used only for authorized trading operations.
Your data is used to operate the ARXELON platform, execute trading strategies you configure, provide analytics and performance reports, improve our AI models and services, and communicate important updates about your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure API key storage, and regular security audits. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
ARXELON integrates with broker platforms (e.g. Vantage Markets) and AI providers to deliver its services. These integrations are governed by their respective privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required for each integration to function.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading history and analytics data are kept for 12 months after account closure. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
